BENEFITS TO MAIN SPONSOR The main sponsorship package relating to the event is appended below and this will be tailored to the individual organisations needs. Secondary sponsorship packages are also available for this event. BENEFITS TO MAIN SPONSOR - COST £5,000.00 ( One year ) 1. Sponsor to have a free commercial float entry. 2. Sponsor's name and logo to appear on all event literature, including our new website www.llmp.org 3. Sponsor's logo to appear on all press releases, advertisements and where possible mentioned in editorial copy. 4. Sponsor's logo to appear on entry forms, posters, float numbers, instructions, route of event and on pre event publicity material. Plaques will also feature sponsors name. 5. The money raised will go to the Lord Mayor's Charity Fund which will
benefit local charities as nominated by the Lord Mayor. The monies raised
from the parade will go directly into a charity account created to determine
what the total amount will be. (During the last four years over £25,000
has been donated to local charities) 7. Main sponsors will be consulted prior to secondary sponsorships being agreed. 8. Lamppost signs to be purchased and erected to mark parade route and
emphasis 9. Sponsor's name and logo to appear on raffle tickets. 10. A number of the senior personnel of companies offering sponsorship will be invited as guests to the presentation reception. 11. Sponsors senior personnel to act as parade judge and to present trophies
12. If a sponsor already supports a charity and would like them to be a recipient of funds, this can be discussed. 3. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL There are opportunities for exposure for a sponsor within the advertising and promotional material printed for the Lord Mayor's Parade. * A3 Posters * Parade Programme * Raffle Tickets * Posters are distributed to local media, sports centres, libraries, swimming pools, schools and community centres. * Banners erected in City Centre. 4.
